This rare and even more fascinating antique Vampire Hunting Kit offers a glimpse into the 19th and early 20th-century folklore surrounding vampire myths.

The kit includes a selection of essential tools believed to protect against vampires: wooden stakes, a mallet, a Holy Water vial with cross embellishment, a bible, a relic/purifying agent box, circular storage dish for herbs and/or incense, a brass inlaid pistol, a crucifix, and a dagger. All items are housed in a lockable wooden box lined with deep purple velvet.

Vampire Hunting Kits like these were popularized during the Victorian era, particularly in Europe, when vampire legends gained popularity through literature and local folklore. They were intended as both functional tools and conversation pieces, blending practicality with myth.
